This hotel is a gem! The decor and general feel of the hotel is lovely, the bar area is beautiful and relaxed. Our room on 6th floor had huge corner windows and the bed was super comfortable. Again, lovely decor and spacious. The staff were lovely! Hotel is right at Bella Centre metro and it’s 5/6 mins into the centre. Walking distance from the Arena - we were there to see Ateez (who were amazing!!) Next door Andersen bakery is gorgeous!

The location was perfect for me as I had a concert in Royal Arena, just one stop by metro or 30 min walk away. It's also right next to the metro station so it was easy to get anywhere. The breakfast was great. There were pastries, pancakes, sandwich material, cereal, some warm food and fruit. There's also a bakery right next to the hotel which had delicious fresh pastries :) The room was well decorated and comfortable and there was a kettle and some tea.

The hotel is located in a new Copenhagen neighborhood in front of a water canal. The metro station is 2 minutes walk and you will find it very easy to reach any part of Copenhagen from there. Restaurants, caffés, bakery and supermarket are available at 100 m distance. It's a very calm and relaxing area to stay in order to escape the frenzy of the center. Kongens Nytorv subway station it's 10 min away and from there you will get to all places needed for your tourist escape.

Communication between customer and employer. They speak english, morethat they are friendly and helping you with everything in case you need. Location is near Bella Center (in case you have an event or congress there). It is little bit far to the center. but the Metro station is located in front of the hotel (maybe 100-150 m). You can take it easily by using an app for tickets if you want to go everywhere in Copenhagen (take metro despite of taxi, they are too expensive,you can go everywhere by public transport and arrive at destination in relatively similar time). Near to hotel are a lot of good restaurants (one is inside to the hotel. Room has good facilities: bed were confortable, bathroom has got everything and room was clean (they clean everyday). I wasn t by the car, but I saw that they have subteran parking places. They offers you at the reception free water and free tasty coffee. If you will go outside and forgot to but water, juice, snacks, inside the hotel exist a non-stop shop. I really recomend this location!

We were at a conference, and needed a hotel close to the airport and to the university, and with a mixture of single, double and twin rooms. Ibis Styles was one of the few hotels to have this choice. For what we needed the location was excellent - it's about 15 minutes from the airport by train and metro, and about the same into the centre of Copenhagen on the metro. The rooms were fine, and there was space downstairs where it would be possible to work. The breakfast was very tasty and fresh, and it started at 6:30, which was great for us on the last morning as we had an early flight. The staff were friendly and very helpful, when we explained what we needed on invoices. The place was quiet, and there was even reasonably good lighting in the rooms, which is unusual in hotels. There were some places around to eat at lunchtime and in the evening. And by Danish standards, it was reasonably priced. We would recommend it if you want somewhere to stay fairly close to the airport with good connections to the centre, and with a good breakfast and a welcoming feel.
